Zentralbild Klein-Str.Mlk-28.7.52 Lehrlinge im VEB Steinkohlenwerk "Deutschland" in Oelsnitz.Eine der wichtigsten Aufgaben in unserer Industrie ist die gründliche Ausbildung der Lehrlinge, denn als sollen nicht nur Meister ihren Faches werden, sondern später auch die im Sozialismus vervollkommnete Technik beherrschen.Erst im dritten Jahr ihrer Ausbildung arbeiten die Lehrlinge des VEB Steinkohlenwerkes "Deutschland" unter Tage. Im Lehrschacht helfen sie unter Anleitung älterer Kollegen, die ihnen die Erfahrung langjähriger Praxis vermitteln, das Produktionssoll des Werkes zu erfüllen.UBz: Drei Jugendfreunde von der Bergakademie Freiburg, die in der Grube des Werkes "Deutschland" ihr Praktikum absolvieren, vor dem Förderturm. |
