This is a classic bicolor from the famous early 1970s finds at Dunton, collected by Mann at that time (1972-1974). It is very gemmy and bright internally, and has a cat’s-eye effect to it as well. Classic, representative example for these finds; and frankly quite rare in thumbnail size. Most are larger, so for the thumbnail collector it is hard slog to find one. From the specialized Maine thumbnail collection of Jim Mann.
