Warum die Stadtverwaltung allerdings Fußgängern und Radfahrern nicht zutraut, den Tunnel zusätzlich zu den Straßenbahnzügen zu benutzen, weiß sie wohl selber nicht. Kraftfahrern traute man die Fahrt durch diesen Tunnel jahrzehntelang zu. |
