Čeština: Lom „Kační“ je málo známý lom, nacházející se na naučné stezce na začátku Prokopského údolí v Praze. Stěna opuštěného lomu odkrývá čedičový výron (žílu) v usazených horninách (jako další z pozůstatků pravěké podmořské sopky). Zde byly nalezeny fosilní: Butovicella migrans (Cardiola migrans Barrande) a Monograptus flemmingii
English: The "Kační" quarry is a little-known quarry located on a nature trail at the beginning of the Prokop Valley in Prague. The wall of an abandoned quarry reveals a basalt outflow (vein) in sedimentary rocks (as another of the remains of a prehistoric submarine volcano). Fossils have been found here: Butovicella migrans (Cardiola migrans Barrande) and Monograptus flemmingii |
