Description
Deutsch: Blick auf die Hofschaft Kreßsiepen in Obersprockhövel. Im Vordergrund rechts am Bach unter der Baumgruppe befindet sich das Mundloch des Kreßsieper Erbstollens. Im Hintergrund mit Windkraftanlage der Winterberg (315 m). – Kreßsiepen war ehemals ein Pachtgut der Abtei Werden. Im Schatzbuch der Grafschaft Mark von 1486 wird in der Bauerschaft Sproeckhoevell ein Krefft Supe (Siepe) mit einer Abgabe von 2 Goldgulden genannt. Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurde durch Bombenabwurf das historische Fachwerkhaus zerstört.
